So, what do you want to know?  What questions have you always wanted answers to?  What part of the sweepstakes creation and management process have you wondered about?

Thanks for always responding so timely! I’d still like to know details about whether or not Roboform can get you DQ’ed.

It can’t. It won’t. I even worked at an agency and did the drawings myself. Plus I have won tens of thousands of dollars in prizes using it. However, I will be sure to ask as it does seem to be one of the top 10 questions everyone wants answered.

Does that apply even to sweeps that call in the rules for manual entries?

I have won using RoboForm (and even RoboForm Companion in the past) from contests who’s rules stated manual entries. What they are looking for is an automated entry service.

Hi Carolyn. I entered the Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Disney’s Road to the Emerald City Sweepstakes & Instant Win. On Jan 29th I won a $100 gift card from HSN. In the rules they say they will contact you via direct message on Twitter. I have checked everyday (not really versed on Twitter) but have not received a message. I have a print screen of the win, but have no idea who I should contact to ask the question. Any ideas. the contest is still on their facebook.
